PEM® self-clinching studs offer easy installation by fitting them into appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in with a standard press. The squeezing action embeds the stud head securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. HFH (heavy-duty) Studs provide a cost-effective alternative to weld studs, distributing axial tightening force over a large area for improved pull-through resistance. HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) Studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer superior electrical and mechanical attachment.
