Install our PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them securely into position with a standard press. The process embeds the stud head into the sheet, creating a flush assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistance. HFH (heavy-duty) studs offer a cost-effective alternative to weld studs, distributing tightening force evenly for improved pull-through resistance. Meanwhile, HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs, crafted from phosphor bronze, provide superior electrical and mechanical attachment points. Choose Type HFH or HFHS for high-strength applications in steel or aluminum sheets, with HFHB recommended for copper sheets. These studs are designed for easy installation and long-lasting performance in a variety of industrial settings.
