Our PEM® self-clinching studs are easily installed by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in with a standard press. The head embeds into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly for a flushhead assembly. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these studs offer high torque-out and pushout resistances, ideal for use in various sheet materials. Choose FH for steel or aluminum sheets with specified hardness levels, FHS for lower hardness, and FHA for aluminum with even lower hardness. With their secure locking mechanism, these threaded studs ensure reliable performance in industrial applications.
