Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheets, simply place them in appropriately sized holes and press them in with a standard press. This process securely locks the stud in place with high torque-out and pushout resistances, creating a flushhead assembly. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these studs are versatile for various applications. FH (flush-head) studs are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, ensuring optimal performance. Type FHA is ideal for aluminum sheets with lower hardness ratings. Durable and reliable, these self-clinching threaded studs are essential for efficient assembly in industrial settings.
