Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheet metal, simply placed in pre-drilled holes and pressed in with a standard press. The flush-head design ensures a smooth finish, securely locking the stud in place with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these studs are suitable for a range of applications. Choose FH for sheet thickness of .040” and greater, FHS for HRB 70 or less, and FHA for even softer aluminum sheets. With a passivated finish and RoHS compliance, they meet high-quality standards for diverse industrial needs.
