Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheets, simply placed in properly sized holes and squeezed into place with a standard press. The flush-head design creates a seamless assembly, with the head embedded into the sheet for secure fastening. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these studs offer high torque-out and pushout resistances. Choose FH for sheet thickness of .040” and greater, FHS for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, or FHA for softer aluminum sheets. With a durable 300 series stainless steel construction and passivated finish coating, they ensure reliable performance in various applications while meeting RoHS compliance standards.
