Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer seamless installation into stainless steel sheets, as thin as 1.00mm, with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Designed for convenience, they can be easily pressed into place, creating a flush head assembly for a secure fit. Both FH4™ and FHP™ types are recommended for sheets with a hardness of 92 or less on the Rockwell “B” scale. FHP™ studs, in particular, provide exceptional corrosion resistance, making them perfect for industries like medical, foodservice, and marine applications. Crafted from 400 series stainless steel and finished with passivation, these studs guarantee durability and reliability in various environments.
