The fiber routing vertical tee attaches to a 6x4 channel and/or fittings to create a 90° vertical drop from a straight horizontal run. A hinged door is included. It accepts FTR4X4YL, FIDT4X4BL, S4X4YL6, or E4X4YL6 directly. It also accepts optional snap-on cover FRHC6YL6 in conjunction with the channel. It is yellow and made of ABS plastic.

In an effort to bring more value, Panduit has manufactured its fitting in a PC/ABS blend that improves the construction by making the part more robust and providing an improved temperature range for all of its fittings. The part numbers will have an "L" added before the color designation.
