PEM® High-Strength Studs are engineered to provide strong, permanent external threads in thin sheet metal while delivering excellent torque-out and push-out performance. Designed for applications requiring high strength and durability, these self-clinching studs install quickly and become a permanent part of the assembly.
PEM® HFH, HFHS, and HFHB studs are self-clinching threaded studs designed to install permanently into metal sheets by pressing them into properly sized holes. During installation, the surrounding material cold flows into the stud’s clinching profile, locking it securely into place.
